Adharshila Sansthan is a grassroots non-governmental organization dedicated to holistic community development and social upliftment. Established in 1998 and based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, our organization has grown into a full-spectrum service provider addressing the interlinked challenges of education, healthcare, women empowerment, child protection, elderly care, water conservation, skill development, art & culture, and overall community development.

Our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission: to empower marginalized individuals by helping them achieve socio-economic independence, access to quality healthcare, and the right to a dignified life. Whether it's integrating street children into the mainstream, training youth with employable skills, or supporting women and elderly citizens—we approach each initiative with compassion, commitment, and respect.

Over the years, Adharshila has successfully implemented a wide range of government and community-supported programs across various districts of Uttar Pradesh and other Indian states. We have actively partnered with central and state government departments, including the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Ministry of Textile, and the Department of Social Welfare, among others.

As the only full-spectrum grassroots NGO of its kind in India, Adharshila continues to be a trusted force for change—offering a structured, supportive, and sustainable path from poverty to prosperity. With a strong team of professionals, trainers, and social workers, and operational centers across states like Bihar, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra, we are committed to realizing our vision of an equitable, inclusive, and thriving society.
