About the Facility
The Adharshila Old Age Home, Lucknow Centre, was established with a simple yet powerful mission—to ensure that no elderly person is left to live a life of abandonment, neglect, or loneliness. Over the years, a significant rise in cases of elderly abandonment and abuse was observed across Lucknow and its adjoining districts. Many senior citizens were found living on the streets, outside hospitals, at railway stations, or in situations where they had no one to care for them. Recognizing this urgent social need, Adharshila Sansthan took the initiative to establish its fourth old age home in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow.
